The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this 15th of August, this year. The meeting was led by Mr. Brown, with members present of homeowners in attendance.
After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were considered and passed with some amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a brief financial overview outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised issues regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed tennis court construction and streetlight regulations.
- Association members addressed the homeowner's queries, providing clarifications about the plans.
After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for October , on the same day next month.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to strengthen the standard of life for all residents while resolving ongoing concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are standards related to landscaping, sound restrictions, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments thoroughly and forward their feedback by the deadline.
- A community forum will be held on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by planting flowers, cleaning up public zones, and promoting a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, keep an eye on one website another's properties, and foster a more secure sense of community. Meetings will be held regularly to discuss.
